Do You Need A Post-Nuptial Agreement?

Not a pre-nup, but a post-nup, a contract signed during marriage to manage financial affairs and divide income and assets in the event of death or divorce. This new legal instrument is meeting the needs of older couples who may have a previous marriage or two, children from both sides, and maybe even some property or business thrown into the mix.
